What Seiton is

Seiton is a household inventory organizer. You map your home as a tree of places (rooms, cupboards, shelves, boxes inside boxes) and fill them with items, each carrying photos, tags, quantities and any custom fields you care to define. Then you can search the whole house and know where everything lives.

It runs offline-first on your device, so browsing, searching and editing work with no signal and nothing to wait for. Sharing the inventory with your family and keeping every device in sync are the premium additions on top.

Where the name comes from

Seiton is the Japanese 5S term for "set in order": giving everything a place, and putting everything in its place, so the thing you need is exactly where you expect it. That is the whole idea behind the app, and the reason its name is the one word that already describes it.

How we build it

Your data lives on your device. Nothing leaves it unless you turn on sharing or sync yourself, and you can export your inventory whenever you like, so what you record stays yours and stays portable.

Seiton is free to use and needs no account to start. Open it and begin mapping your home; the premium tier is there only when you want your household on the same inventory across every screen.
